Welcome to ToksHub ("Service"), operated by SANYO技術株式会社 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), based in Tokyo.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ToksHub is an API gateway platform that provides unified access to multiple large language model (LLM) providers through a single API endpoint. The Service includes smart routing, usage analytics, team management, and billing features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Keys and Security

  • API keys are issued for your use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your API keys.
  • You are responsible for all API usage associated with your keys.
  • We reserve the right to revoke API keys at any time for violation of these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

The Service offers both prepaid Credit top-ups and subscription plans. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through the supported providers shown at checkout. API usage is deducted from your account balance in real-time. Consumed Credits are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
